Step inside Steel Specialty Coffee and you’re immediately greeted by a clean, modern design that captures the essence of minimalist chic. The soft jazz music playing in the background complements the relaxed vibe, making it an ideal spot for both unwinding and socializing. You'll find yourself immersed in a space where every detail is considered, from creatively designed seating areas to cheerful staff who make sure you're well taken care of.

The café offers a thoughtful selection of coffee, showcasing beans sourced from diverse regions. Many patrons have praised the quality of the coffee, with standout options such as the Ethiopian beans that Michal Hrabovsky enjoyed, noting that they blend perfectly with the delicious cakes on offer. Speaking of desserts, don't miss out on their tiramisu for a sweeter indulgence, although reviews have suggested it leans heavily on chocolate—something to consider for those with specific preferences.

Adding to the experience, visitors can enjoy panoramic views of the Sohar Corniche, allowing you to sip your drink while taking in breathtaking seaside views. Sudarath Kiewtuen effectively captures the ambiance, stating, "Nice coffee and enjoy the Sohar Corniche view." However, it's worth noting that some customers like Raiyan Sayyed pointed out that parking can be a bit scarce and the seating arrangement might not cater perfectly to everyone’s needs.

Steel Specialty Coffee is more than just a café; it’s a community hub where people gather, unwind, and appreciate the beauty of their surroundings. As Ahmed AlQasmi mentioned, “the atmosphere is excellent” while also noting a minor suggestion for the use of real plants to enhance the aesthetic even further. This attention to detail speaks volumes about the café’s dedication to providing an enchanting experience.

In summary, Steel Specialty Coffee is not just another coffee shop in Sohar; it’s an experience waiting to happen. Whether you’re a local or a traveler, be sure to take the time to enjoy a cup of coffee here and allow yourself to get lost in good company and delightful treats. Steel is a gem in Sohar! The atmosphere is excellent, with a beautifully designed interior that makes it a perfect spot for relaxing or meeting friends. The coffee is good, and they offer a nice variety of desserts to satisfy your sweet tooth. One small suggestion: it would be even better if they used real plants instead of plastic ones. Overall, a great place to visit!

The beautiful clean design of the coffee shop right on the beach side of Sohar, welcomed by jazz music, smiley customers, and staff. The coffee was nice - Ethiopia and the cakes were well done. Will pass again anytime soon. Good job guys.

I was so pleased to see new places now are opening business in Sohar. This is one of them overlooking the Sohar Cornish. The very interesting point was their courage in terms of design. And I have to say that it's totally new and unique in Sohar. A vast space devided to different levels by some round steps that by putting some cushions actually has turned to benches. With different style of tables and chairs. A white dominant interior painting and a contrast of wood colored chairs. Beside that , the designer had showed a good taste by changing all the the walls to huge outlooking whole height windows which gives you a bright room inside during day, although occasionally the humidity and moisture blocks your view. They have tried to organize a good menue and different type of serving, I admit that. However many cafés and restaurants in Sohar have a long way to go regarding this. I can rephrase my point ,, the designes are far more ahead of the menue most of the time. I ordered a ferrapaccino which was nice and an ice tea with a beautiful preparation, and a bit sweet for me. I had an issue with internet which didn't connect by the password that I was provided there, and quite surprisingly after 15 minutes it connected automatically. The other point was with the table. All of them that I saw were the same size. Mostly for 2 guests. And mine was wobbling while touching it... There is something else about the interior design. First I am not sure that the chairs would be comfortable for long-term sitting. I used the bench. Secondly the combination of the chair and bench and table chosen here is suitable for those who prefere to lean backwards on the chair instead of forward on the table, which was not looking stable.
